Supervisor Liquids (M/V/D)

Avantor is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Supervisor Liquids om ons team in Leuven te versterken.  In deze uitdagende functie werk je in een zeer afwisselende rol en dynamische omgeving. Je stuurt een team aan van ongeveer 10 medewerkers en een assistent.

Wat we zoeken 

• Opleiding: Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor in een technische richting of chemie of vergelijkbaar door ervaring.
• Ervaring: Leiderschapservaring. Veranderingsmanagement en technische achtergrond of ervaring zijn pluspunten.
• Talenkennis: Je hebt uitstekende communicatie in het Nederlands. Goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans zijn pluspunten.
• Kennis van lean is een plus : 6S, kaizen, Tiered Daily Management, A3 reporting.
• Kennis van SAP is een plus.
• Goede kennis van MS office, in het bijzonder Excel.
• De handen uit de mouwen steken schrikt je niet af : je bent bereid regelmatig mee af te vullen om je proces volledig onder de knie te krijgen en zo verbetervoorstellen uit te werken. 
• Je gaat zeer nauwkeurig te werk, bent positief ingesteld en hebt een uitstekend verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent assertief.

Hoe je zal groeien en een impact zal hebben 

• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle procedures nageleefd worden om zo onze klanten een product aan te bieden van topkwaliteit. 
• Je werkt nauw samen met planning om prioriteiten te stellen, lokalen vrij te maken en de juiste personeelsbezetting te regelen.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle geldende veiligheidsmaatregelen strikt opgevolgd worden en stuurt bij waar nodig.
• Je kan je werknemers warm maken om hun werkomgeving ordelijk en proper te houden
• Je bent de sturende kracht in het verhogen van de productiviteit, je gebruikt hiervoor de kaizen systematiek en denkt ook mee over de grenzen van je afdeling.
• Je denkt mee na over de optimalisatie van werkprocedures.
• Je werkt mee aan nieuwe projecten ism ons Custom Made Solutions team : je input is belangrijk om tot de meest efficiënte oplossing te komen bij nieuwe afvullingen op vraag van klanten.
