Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Supervisor, Laboratory Consumer Services to work full time days with Laboratory Services.*This is a hybrid position
Overview- High School Education (Required)
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in client services, customer service management, or operational leadership, in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
- Experience working with EHR systems (e.g., Epic), CRM tools, and customer service platforms (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
