Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an IVF laboratory setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •        TS license preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the IVF laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Manage and mentor laboratory staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • uphold established  laboratory protocols and procedures.
  • Hands on embryology procedures.
  • Monitor laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability for all procedures.
