Monitors daily operations of Alabang Block IT Ops Team
Entry level professional in a supervisory role. Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven and subject to a moderate level of control and review.

Directs subordinates on a course of action based on knowledge of established policies and procedures to complete assignments sing established guidelines. Works on issues of limited scope.

Provides input and contributes to managing costs related to a unit or a sub unit.

Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data which answers can be readily obtained.
Supervisor, IT Operations (TCF)
Key responsibility
● Entry level professional in a supervisory role. Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven, and subject to a moderate level of control and review.
● Directs subordinates on a course of action based on knowledge of established policies and procedures to complete assignments using established guidelines. Works on issues of limited scope.
● Provides input and contributes to managing costs related to a unit or sub unit.
● Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
● Receives assignments in task oriented terms and supervises subordinates to set priorities and complete assignments.
● Executes specified routine tasks. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules. Meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan.
● Coordinates, supervises and drives direct reports to achieve set metrics and business goals through coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback.
● Monitors daily/weekly operations of a unit or sub-unit.
● Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, monitoring work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules and workflow of the team.
● Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Conveys straightforward information to audiences.
● A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit. Generally supervises semi-skilled employees.
● Reports to Manager/ Sr. Manager.
 

. Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
. Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports 

. Assist on adhoc Projects / initiatives within Cluster and PH IT Ops
