In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for Business HR function and VIDL & DL recruitment process and ensure efficiency in hiring and update employee information on-timely with accuracy.

What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for Business HR function, supporting HR management team in the execution of HR initiatives and projects that align with HR Dept goals. Co-work with Shared Service Payroll, Training team, and TA Partner.
- Responsible for the entire R&S cycle from job requisition creation to employee pre-boarding & on-boarding for all VIDL positions and direct labor positions.
- Ensure hiring efficiency; and support and enhance Hiring process & HR processes.
- Conduct first day on-boarding for all positions with Shared Service T&D team.
- Conduct exit interviews to find out reasons employees leave and collect suggestions if any.
- To involve in & support HR projects to have more exposure and self-growth
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-function HRM in Semiconductor industry/multinational company
- Familiar with Labor Law, HRM and R&S
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Workday/HR SMART preferred
- Good communication and coordination
