The Supervisor EVS plans, organizes and controls the activities of the personnel engaged in all phases of environmental services. This position ensures the proper procedures, frequencies of service, and methods are followed. The Supervisor maintains cooperation with staff and other department, and assists with plans for improving environmental services.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Assign and schedule cleaning of areas at designated campuses, to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff's days on/off.
- Monitor the usage of supplies and equipment, and ensures that adequate stock is available.
- Observe and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in people management activities for direct team members, such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
- Supervise the work of others, and manage the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
- Train staff in cleaning tasks, department procedures, and policies.
- Hours 6:30 am to 3 pm.
Qualifications
- Preferred High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years EVS Preferred
- Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - .
- IEHA Certification - International Executive Housekeepers Association, Inc.
