The Supervisor of ERP Data Engineering & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Labcorp’s data pipelines, databases, and analytical systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the company's data infrastructure. A key focus is building scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large volumes of structured and unstructured data. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Profitability & ERP Reporting and will supervise a team of 1-3 individuals, which may include both permanent and contract roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain data repositories, pipelines, and storage solutions to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into data repositories.

Collaborate with data professionals and analysts to understand data requirements and implement solutions for data modeling, analysis, and visualization.

Support leadership in identifying and implementing internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.

Ensure the ongoing reliability and efficiency of Labcorp’s data infrastructure.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in data engineering roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or .NET is a plus.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Reporting Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.

Experience working with cloud platforms like Oracle, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, and PLSQL.

Expert-level experience in writing stored procedures.

Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and validation processes.

Ability to build and maintain scalable data repositories, pipelines, and storage solutions to meet business intelligence and analytics needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience in optimizing data delivery and automating processes.

Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering.
Work Locations:

Hybrid, in office 3-4 days per week.

Preferred locations: Durham, NC, Burlington, NC; Dallas, TX; Frisco, TX.
Pay Range: Up to $90-110k
