UCT is looking for a talented Supv, Engineering to join us in Philippines!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage configuration activities of Cebu, organize workflow and ensure the team understands their duties/delegated tasks.
- Manpower planning/deployment of Cebu CE team, and work with various functional teams ensuring smooth operation.
- Ensure key deliverables of department goals are on track for Cebu CE.
- Key support on products / special projects as defined by your manager.
- Cross training of employees across product groups for Cebu Team, which includes new hires. Alignment with your manager on products assignment.
- Encourage team & share improvement project ideas to meet site needs on resources.
- Responsible of Cebu CE site recruitments- interviews, shortlisting and onboarding.
- Able to assess, identify talents, and motivate team to improve performance.
- Able to support ad-hoc activities as assigned by your manager & HOD.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience.
Excellent management, interpersonal, critical thinking & troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge with engineering documentation and document control procedures. - Proficiency with MS suite & ADOBE Acrobat. Advanced Excel knowledge, and design experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and mechanical BOM.
