Join Reitmans and help shape how our customers experience the brand online.
As our eCommerce Lead, you’ll bring our collections, campaigns and stories to life across our digital storefront — creating an experience that feels fresh, inspiring and easy to shop.
What you’ll do:
- Bring new collections, campaigns and promotions to life online.
- Keep the site fresh, engaging and on-brand.
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative on key launches.
- Use insights and performance to improve the customer journey.
- Spot trends and opportunities to drive engagement and conversion.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of eCommerce or digital retail experience.
- A strong fashion and customer mindset.
- A great eye for product and digital storytelling.
- Organized, collaborative and comfortable moving at retail speed.
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate and create content for customers across Canada.
- Fashion or lifestyle retail experience is a plus.
