Job Summary
Responsible for the development, implementation, management and tracking of the NIPSCO gas and electric energy efficiency programs.
Essential Functions
- Successfully develop, implement and supervise all gas and electric energy efficiency programs for NIPSCO. This includes supervision of staff performing day-to-day oversight activities (e.g., marketing, training, inter-departmental coordination, and maintaining appropriate documentation)
- Train, coach and develop a team to successfully deliver programs to customers
- Administer the “request for proposal”, rating and evaluation, and award process for contracts related to all DSM programs
- Oversee and supervise vendor contracts for all DSM programs. Assure compliance with contract terms
- Supervise program budgets to control program costs and stay within approved spending level
- Supervise information gathering and verification of data for periodic regulatory filings related to all DSM programs
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders including other utilities and regulatory & governmental agencies
- Lead cross-functional teams to assure successful implementation and delivery of all DSM programs
- Work closely with the Communications Department to develop strategies and provide support for marketing and outreach activities related to all DSM programs
- Participate in trade shows, outreach activities, open houses, training seminars, and other public events
- Provide excellent customer service
- Required Qualifications For Position
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior management, as well as outside organizations and regulatory agencies
- Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to appropriately supervise multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices

Salary Range:
$93,800.00 - $140,700.00
