Job Summary
The Supervisor, Production Operations is a people management position at the facility responsible for the operations of multiple production lines within a production facility. This job manages the daily operations of a facility to ensure smooth operations of the facilities.
Responsibilities

  • Manages resources and shuffles operation staff as needed to ensure production schedule needs meet or exceed the required level.
  • Approves vacations, timecards, payroll, performance reviews, and general people management.
  • Develops direct reports in technical and people management skills.
  • Leads process improvement projects as needed.
  • Defines process improvement opportunities based off of reports and feedback from direct reports.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Maintain and comply safety processes and procedures
  • LOTO Experience
  • Understanding of film types, sealing parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time), and machine troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (GMPs, FDA) and ability to maintain product sterility or seal integrity.
  • Experience in FFS is a Plus
  • Experience in OEE
  • English >75%
  • PRMS Knowledge
  • Experience leading people
  • Advance in Microsoft package
  • Ability to interpretate, modify and create procedures
  • Kaizen Leader is a Plus
  • OpEX Tools (LSW, Big 6 Losses, TPM, SMED, Break relief, Poka-Yoke, etc)
