Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift, taking care about product quality requirements as per control plan.

• Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries

  • Define training needs for the manufacturing personnel of assigned production line to achieve and maintain necessary competence, knowledge, discipline and skill levels
  • Ensure that procedures and instructions are followed by manufacturing personnel, including safety and environmental guidelines
  • Support continuity though working shifts.
  • Responsible in his/her shift for product quality level of manufacturing.
  • Provide and support Bosch Production System, CIP, Policy Deployment and team work.
  • Continuously improve quality, cost, productivity, up time of machinery, turnover, absenteeism
  • Communicate plant goals, policies, information to manufacturing personnel
  • Support manufacturing personnel in communication with Plant organization
  • Promote and support Quality and Environment Plant goals.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
  • “Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.
  • Is the responsibility of the associate to know and apply the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Policies, having, but limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable
  • Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area
  • Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
  • Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.
  • Promote and support Bosch Production System, CIP, Policy Deployment and Team Work

The work is carried out mainly in plants, factories or equivalent places, but without unpleasant factors
