Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead production operations across day, afternoon, and night shifts, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing performance
  • Develop, coach, and engage production teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Drive adherence to safety, quality, food safety, and operational standards throughout the manufacturing process
  • Optimize manufacturing processes involving food ingredients and specialty raw materials to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies
  • Monitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets
  • Partner closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) teams to support business objectives
  • Support plant optimization projects focused on waste reduction, process efficiency, and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, food safety, and company requirements while maintaining a safe working environment
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within food ingredients, food manufacturing, chemical, or related process industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing manufacturing teams in a production environment
  • Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement programs
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training
  • Experience implementing and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives
  • Knowledge of food ingredients, raw material functionality, pectin technologies, and ingredient properties used in food manufacturing processes
  • Strong focus on safety, operational discipline, food safety, and manufacturing excellence
