1. Planificar las atividades requeridas para la ejecución de eventos mayores, aplicando procedimientos estandarizados para estimar los recursos materiales y servicios necesarios para su implementación.
2. Supervisar y controlar los avances en la ejecución de los eventos mayores.
3. Elaborar informes que reporte los avances, desviaciones y cambios de alcance
4. Coordinar y evaluar a los contratistas encargados de realizar trabajos en los eventos que se estén gestionando.
