YOUR ROLE

As a Supervisor De Media Modules our team, you’ll 

In your daily job you will:

• Keep staff informed of weekly safety guidelines, respond to safety bulletins, and inform staff.
• Communicate easily with staff members. Hold regular staff communication meetings.
• Long-term requirements analysis: Review current week's requirements daily.
• Schedule daily production control meetings to analyze long-term requirements.
• Review daily adherence to the production plan for the different lines. Analyze the production plan for past model services.
• People management: Maintain correct headcount based on customer requirements.
• Maintain updated position diagrams for the different lines.
• Maintain certification control at key stations per line.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Computer skills - email and Windows packages
• Basic English - spoken and written (30% - 50%).
• Staff management and motivation.
• Teamwork.
• Problem analysis and solution.
• Attitude and commitment to responsibilities.
• Intermediate or advanced computer software skills.
• 5 years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of electronic tablets.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge in teams ICT, SPI, AOI, Vapo Phase, Conformal Coating, Sistema Mes
