Conocer el manual de dietas y protocolos para llevar a cabo de forma
efectiva la entrega de dietas a los pacientes:
a. Liberar dietas de acuerdo a las indicaciones del manual de dietas.
b. Conocer y velar por el cumplimiento estricto de protocolo de clínica con
respecto a la adecuada presentación de una dieta.
c. Cumplir y hacer cumplir el protocolo de servicio y de seguridad del paciente
establecido para la entrega de las dietas.
d. Verificar el cumplimiento de gramaje, presentación de los alimentos para el
alistamiento de los diferentes servicios
e. Gestionar todas las novedades relacionadas con el ensamble y la entrega
de dietas
f. Supervisar la entrega de dietas por parte de las auxiliares encargadas.
g. Informar al equipo de trabajo las novedades o cambios del manual de
dietas u otros protocolos del servicio.
h. Garantizar la entrega de dietas en excelentes condiciones desde el
alistamiento hasta la entrega del plato, cumpliendo con estándares de
calidad
i. Realizar pruebas organolépticas de los alimentos antes de ensamblarlos.
j. Verificar que la loza cumpla con limpieza y desinfección antes de ser
utilizada.
