Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a 988 Crisis Supervisor to lead our growing 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline team. You'll step into an established, successful program as the current supervisor moves into an expanded leadership opportunity within the organization.
Based at our Bright Path Center location in Doylestown, this position provides clinical and administrative leadership for our 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline program.
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a nationwide network that provides free, confidential crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As 988 Crisis Supervisor, you'll help ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting, developing, and leading a highly skilled crisis intervention team.

What You Bring
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related behavioral health field.
- Minimum of two years of direct crisis intervention or crisis service delivery experience.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of crisis service delivery and Pennsylvania involuntary commitment procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to provide effective leadership, coaching, and support to staff.
- Experience documenting services within an electronic health record.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas as needed.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Your Role
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Crisis Hotline Specialists and other 988 program staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 988 Lifeline program.
- Support staff development through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of program personnel.
- Monitor service delivery, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Review program metrics, quality indicators, and outcomes to support continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with behavioral health, healthcare, emergency response, and community partners.
- Participate in the development and refinement of program policies, procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support in complex clinical situations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and exceptional client care.
