Provides clinical and administrative leadership for a 988 crisis hotline program. Supervises crisis staff, oversees daily operations, supports recruitment and development, monitors documentation and compliance, reviews quality metrics, guides complex clinical situations, and collaborates with behavioral health, healthcare, emergency response, and community partners. The role also contributes to policies, workflows, and continuous quality improvement.

Provides community-based blended case management to children and adults with mental health, substance use, or developmental challenges. Meets clients and families in homes and community settings, assesses needs, connects individuals with services and resources, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and external providers, and maintains recovery-oriented documentation in an EHR.

Graduate clinical counseling interns provide group and individual therapy, complete biopsychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, collaborate with clinical staff and prescribers, and support a therapeutic environment for adults with acute mental health and substance use challenges. The internship includes clinical supervision, team meetings, evidence-based treatment training, and on-site participation at least two days weekly for two semesters.

Answer 988 and crisis hotline calls, assess caller safety and treatment needs, provide crisis intervention and emotional support, coordinate warm hand-offs to crisis workers or emergency services, assist hospitals and community providers, and complete accurate documentation.

Manages insurance authorizations and utilization reviews for Partial Hospitalization Program clients. Reviews clinical documentation for medical necessity, communicates with insurers, tracks approvals and denials, coordinates continued stays and discharge planning, monitors PROMIS outcomes, supports referrals, and maintains accurate EHR records.

Develops and manages person-centered Individual Support Plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Coordinates and monitors services, communicates with families, providers, and government agencies, conducts in-person and telehealth visits, advocates for personal goals, and maintains accurate electronic records throughout Bucks County.

Provides overnight telehealth psychiatric evaluations, crisis assessments, diagnostic clarification, medication management, treatment recommendations, disposition planning, and clinical consultation for adults and adolescents. Collaborates with multidisciplinary crisis staff, responds to urgent psychiatric concerns, supports level-of-care decisions, and maintains regulatory, documentation, and quality standards. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and remote overnight coverage at a behavioral health crisis center.

Performs accounting functions, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, expense allocations, audit preparation, budgeting support, and Board financial reporting. The Staff Accountant also assists with special projects and supports accurate, timely fiscal operations within a nonprofit healthcare organization.
