Supervisor, Country Operations

Oversee and coordinate all operational activities within assigned business units/Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, achievement of business objectives, optimal productivity, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and local regulatory requirements, while proactively addressing and resolving non-compliance issues. Manage relationships with external service providers, including 2PL/3PL partners, and oversee contingent workforce resources to meet operational demands where applicable. Support the implementation of functional strategies, operational improvements, and performance initiatives while partnering with the Senior Manager, Country Operations, to drive team effectiveness, capability development, and overall operational excellence.

Operations Management & Compliance
Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives.
Supervise operational activities across assigned business units/Lines of Business (LOBs), including procurement requirements supporting daily operations.
Monitor service quality and operational performance, implementing corrective actions to address non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate logistics planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational goals.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within assigned business areas.
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards, while investigating and resolving compliance issues.
 

Reporting, Performance Management & Team Leadership
Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights for management and key stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
Analyze operational trends and challenges, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Review vendor invoices and coordinate timely submission for payment processing.
Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, performance monitoring, and employee development within the team.
Identify training needs and foster a high-performance culture through coaching and continuous development.
Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring timely completion of mandatory training requirements.
Promote adherence to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and ensure ongoing compliance across the team.

4–6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, supply chain management, or related operational environments.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, process coordination, and stakeholder management.
Proficient in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and prepare professional reports and documentation.
