*Candidates that live close to Burlington, VT office will need to report into the office one day a week.
The Supervisor, Copywriters will collaborate with the Manager, Copywriters to optimize team processes and supervise Copywriters who are responsible for creating written content for the SEO and Content & Creative Managed Services departments. The Supervisor, Copywriters will also be responsible for other projects in support of organizational objectives for business growth.
What You'll Do

• Supervises Copywriters who create content for SEO and Content & Creative Managed Services teams, providing internal accountability, counseling, and administrative support.
• Completes operational assignments and acts as a project manager for special initiatives.
• Manages content queue escalations and prioritizes work by analyzing the needs of our internal clients.
• Participates in cross-team meetings and task forces to continuously improve our service deliverables.
• Collaborates with SEO and Content & Creative management to refine product and service deliverables.
• Evaluates process efficiencies and updates workflow with leadership to refine our service offering.
• Works with management to create career development opportunities and training scenarios for team members.
• Participate in new hire training and onboarding responsibilities.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
• Experience as a Lead, Mentor, Supervisor or Manager
• Copywriting experience.
• Digital marketing/SEO experience
• AP Writing Style.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in English or other associated education field preferred.
• Automotive industry experience
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for content creation
• Experience and knowledge of Managed Services business units is a plus.

USD 64,200.00 - 96,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
