What’s On Your Plate?

• Validate schedule for Content Specialists, maintain reports, and manage schedule changes.

• Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and other types of leave and maintain a timesheet.

• Track content team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.

• Monitor content leaders’ performance and overall team KPIs.

• POC with all countries in case of any project.

• Manage internal & external communication.

• Provide periodic reports on performance.

What Did We Order?

• A Bachelor's degree.

• 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in the content field or call center is a MUST.

•  2 years of experience as a supervisor/ team leader is a must. 

• Capability of using Microsoft Office products.

• advanced English (written and spoken)
