Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $62,000.00 - $73,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to provide operational direction to the department in accordance with established systems and procedures. This includes ensuring the timely/accurate completion of departmental work, management reports, training, coordinating the workflow within the department(s) and resolving complex problems.
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes to effectively support team operations
Monitor and report errors from internal teams or external partners and manage workflow of Commercial applications and ensure compliance with regulations and SOX controls
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders such as Treasury, Healthcare, Commercial, Small Business, Product, and IT
Complete various management reporting and audits on a monthly and annual basis
Lead conversations during system upgrades by articulating team requirements and identifying optimal solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members
Provide guidance to team members on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations and answer day-to-day questions for team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong knowledge of the Commercial and Treasury services field
Demonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of the customer set-up process to ensure accurate and efficient onboarding
Strong analytical and compliance skills to monitor workflows, evaluate processes, and recommend enhancements that improve team efficiency, streamline operations, and support continuous improvement Ability to develop and coach team members with proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
Self-starter with strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
4+ years experience in banking, financial services, and treasury servicing required
3+ years of workflow and case management experience required
1+ years leadership experience required
