The Supervisor of Clinic Operations is responsible for supervising and coordinating staff and clinic activities to provide quality, cost-effective care. Responsible for supporting the patient through excellent customer service while achieving SMA financial goals. Provides technical and business support and supervision of daily clinic operations. The position works closely with the provider leads and management team to optimize patient flow and eliminate potential front/back office barriers. Ensures the overall competency of assigned staff and maintains facility compliance with Federal and State regulations and SMA policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily operations at clinic site and coordinates the work activities and schedules
• Administers clinic policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner
• Recruit, hire, trains and supervises assigned employees
• Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately
• Ensure accurate charges are entered in IDX
• Identifies and resolves work problems to ensure quality patient service
• Actively participates in financial reports, budget and prepares variance reports
• Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested
• Prepares reports and manages assigned projects, oversees all business related functions and daily audits and payroll functions
• Implementation of safety functions in clinics and daily facility management to include alarm response (if applicable) and facility maintenance. Attend safety meetings and provide input for change to meet safety regulations. Ensure completion of safety training for new employees and completion of quarterly fire drills
• Collaborate with Physician Leads in the performance evaluation process
• Other duties as assigned
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Sterilizing equipment
• Assisting support staff with injections, immunizations, etc.
• Actively participates in LEAN Process in daily standard work and audits

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• CPR or willing to obtain upon hire
• 2+ years of medical office experience
• 1+ years of experience as a LPN in clinic setting
• Willing to travel locally between 3 2 clinic locations to cover in manager's absence
• Access to reliable transportation and proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• OB/GYN experience
• Budget, reporting, auditing, and payroll experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
