Job Summary
As an American Seaway Foods Services Supervisor, you will assume responsibility for managing the American Seaway Foods (ASF) Services Support staff and all processes necessary to provide value added services to our customer base through the required systems.Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the efforts and priorities of the ASF Services Support teams with 3-5 direct reports to ensure accurate information and value-added services for external and internal customer base.
- Control payroll for the entire ASF Services Division to include entering payroll weekly for Team Members and providing timely reports.
- Prepare and conduct annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor performance of staff and provide periodic employee feedback.
- Develop and implement cross training and succession plans for all business-critical positions and processes.
- Orchestrate operational decisions to maintain that work is distributed fairly and deadlines are met.
- Coach and/or mentor less experienced Group Team members to maximize their understanding, proficiency and talent utilization.
- Manage and coordinate interactions with internal business staff and external vendors and customers.
- Manage all new items in Retail Pricing for all LOB's
- Manage orders, costing, deal spreadsheets, and surveys for all business departments.
- Coordinate and maintain a Help Desk for all customer calls.
- Manage all systems and processes required for the Support staff.
- Maintain knowledge of all processes in the area with the ability to provide documentation of processes and training as needed.
- Provide support and back up for the Pricing Coordinator, Merchandising Ad Coordinator, and the Print Center.
- Proactively work towards refining and automating processes utilizing the efficiencies of the
applicable systems. - Serve as subject matter expert and make solid decisions on efficiencies and waste reduction process refinement.
- Play an integral role in providing financial analysis support that enables Leadership to make business decisions that drive overall business results.
- Be able to provide sound business cases including detailed benefit analysis.
- Manage all financial uploads to AR for Blackhawk, FY budgets, Shelf tag/Services Billings which generate revenue for the ASF Services Division.
- Assume direct responsibility for the SG&A part of P&L.
- Assist in effectively and efficiently implementing any new changes as a result of ongoing project work.
- Provide support for all IT projects.
- Manage all warehouse item conversions, product transfers, and vendor changes.
- Assist with managing the ASF Services SharePoint site and be a Steward for the ASF Services Co. web site on GE Central.
