Role Summary
Drives and ensures daily operation of Account Services team according to Service Level Agreement to support business goals achievement. Supports Account Services teams in finding improvement possibilities within end-to-end process. Develops, leads and motivates their team. Someone who can work autonomously, while still valuing collaboration and support from the wider team and leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Translate business strategy into actionable plans at team level
Align and implement Account Services action plans across the organization
Ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of SLAs
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and regulations
Manage daily operations while optimizing resources and efficiency
Lead escalation management and conduct root cause analysis
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Set team and individual objectives and track performance
Coach, motivate, and develop team members continuously
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and operational coverage
Qualifications
Proficiency in Spanish and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment with fluctuating volumes of work, including delegation of work
Demonstrated history of accuracy and attention to detail, efficiency, and sound judgment
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to act with discretion and professionalism
Strong work-ethic and problem resolution skills are critical for success in this position
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to navigate various PC systems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field, or 4 years of related experience is an advantage
