The Role
Assists the store manager with staff hiring, scheduling, leave, welfare, discipline, training, and motivation. Develops strategies to meet sales targets, prepares staff, sales, and inventory reports, and provides professional customer service. The role requires working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and is available on a full- or part-time basis.

- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
- Provide professional services to customers.
Education & Experience:
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Full/ Part-Time positions available.
