We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Supervising Clinician!  

The Supervising Clinician will provide clinical supervision to our Behavior Support Specialists. Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative support in a client’s home for the purpose of treating youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!  The Supervising Clinician will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans. The Supervising Clinician will carry a case load as well as supervising the Behavior Support Specialist.

Hybrid work schedule available 

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi!

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field  

  • Independent NY state licensure is required for this role. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting 

  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals 

  • Experience in quality management preferred 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office 

  • Valid driver’s license  

  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred 

  • Access to secure internet required.

Compensation: 

  • Full Time - $75,000 - $80,000 

 

 

Skills Required
