What You'll Do
Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production and production schedules are met. Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Constantly monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements production schedules, methods, and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production operations. Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Generally, supervises semi-skilled employees.
