Au sein de notre site de production d'Ambert, nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur de Production capable de fédérer les équipes autour des enjeux de sécurité, qualité, performance et satisfaction client.
Rattachement hiérarchique : Responsable des opérations Ambert
Véritable manager de proximité, vous êtes au cœur des opérations. Vous animez les équipes sur le terrain, coordonnez les ressources nécessaires à la production et contribuez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos processus industriels.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Opérations, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les services Qualité, Maintenance, HSE, Logistique, Planning et Ressources Humaines.
Vos missions
Manager et développer les équipes
Encadrer, animer et accompagner les équipes de production au quotidien.
Développer les compétences des collaborateurs par le coaching et la formation.
Organiser l'activité afin d'atteindre les objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais.
Réaliser les entretiens de suivi et participer au développement des talents.
Favoriser un climat de travail positif et collaboratif.
Garantir la sécurité et la conformité
Veiller au respect des règles Santé, Sécurité et Environnement.
Promouvoir une culture sécurité exigeante et exemplaire.
Assurer le respect des procédures, du port des EPI et des standards de sécurité.
Participer aux analyses de risques, enquêtes d'incidents et plans d'actions.
Piloter la performance industrielle
Superviser le bon déroulement des opérations dans les 3 ateliers de productions.
Garantir le respect du planning et des objectifs de production.
Valider les consommations matières sur OF et mettre à jour SAP
Anticiper et résoudre les aléas opérationnels.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance (TRS, rendement, productivité, taux de rebut, non-conformités, respect des délais, etc.).
Mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue et contribuer aux démarches Lean Manufacturing.
Assurer la qualité des produits
Garantir le respect des standards qualité et des spécifications clients.
Participer au traitement des non-conformités et à la mise en place d'actions correctives.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Qualité pour améliorer les performances du site.
Votre profil
Formation & expérience
Diplôme supérieur technique ou industriel (Bac +2 à Bac +5).
Expérience réussie en management d'équipes dans un environnement industriel.
Bonne connaissance des processus de fabrication, des systèmes qualité et des exigences HSE.
Compétences clés
Connaissance SAP serait un plus
Valide les consommations matières sur OF et mets à jour SAP
Pratique de l'anglais.
Leadership naturel et capacité à mobiliser les équipes.
Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication.
Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités.
Esprit d'analyse et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.

Production Supervisor (M/F)

Join a Manufacturing Site Focused on Performance and Continuous Improvement
As part of our manufacturing operations in Ambert, we are looking for a Production Supervisor capable of leading teams and driving excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
As a hands-on people manager, you will play a key role in daily operations. You will lead production teams on the shop floor, coordinate the resources required to meet production objectives, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with the Quality, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, Planning, and Human Resources teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Develop Production Teams
Supervise, motivate, and support production teams on a daily basis.
Develop employees' skills through coaching and training.
Organize activities to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Conduct performance reviews and support talent development.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensure Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and standards.
Promote a strong and proactive safety culture.
Ensure adherence to procedures, PPE requirements, and safety standards.
Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
Drive Operational Performance
Oversee the smooth execution of manufacturing operations.
Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
Anticipate and resolve operational issues.
Monitor key performance indicators including OEE, yield, productivity, scrap rates, non-conformities, and on-time delivery performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing activities.
Ensure Product Quality
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Participate in the investigation of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.
Work closely with the Quality team to improve site performance.
Profile
Education & Experience
Technical or Industrial degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's level).
Successful experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and HSE requirements.
Key Skills
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
Ability to validate material consumption against production orders and update SAP accordingly.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
