Description du poste- Structurer et développer un département logistique performant en s'appuyant sur nos moyens et prestataires externes
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes : coordination des flux, gestion des priorités, respect des délais.
- Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPI).
- Garantir la conformité aux normes internes et réglementaires.
- Manager, former et accompagner une équipe opérationnelle.
- Développer un portefeuille de prestataires logistiques, l’animer et l’optimiser.
- Proposer des améliorations continues pour optimiser les processus.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements (douane, transport, IT, etc.).
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Esprit entrepreneurial : autonome, proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats.
- Profil développeur : structuration de service, création de process.
- Rigueur opérationnelle : sens du détail, respect des procédures.
- Leadership naturel et excellentes compétences en communication.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes logistiques.
- Anglais requis.
