Our relationships don’t stop there, working daily with government agencies, utility suppliers, vendors and contractors who support our factory build out. Our team ensures that all projects meet operational requirements, safety and environmental codes, all the while remaining within budget, delivering on time, and to the highest quality as we help to drive production forward.

About the Role:

The Superintendent position is responsible for the day-to-day driving of projects. This role oversees delivery of multiple complex, high-bay, mission-critical facilities—and supporting infrastructure—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with aerospace, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

This role will partner closely with manufacturing, propulsion, avionics, EHS, security, IT, and supply chain teams to deliver technical requirements into buildable, scalable facilities that support rapid production ramp and long-term growth.

  • Daily Reporting: Compiling comprehensive daily field reports that document labor force, equipment usage, and site conditions for legal and historical record.
  • Change Order Verification: Validating the necessity and scope of field-directed changes to prevent "scope creep" and unnecessary expenditures.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for municipal building officials and third-party testing agencies during mandatory inspections
  • Deficiency Management: Implementing a "zero-punch" philosophy by identifying and correcting non-conforming work in real-time.
  • Inventory Control: Supervising the delivery and protection of owner-furnished and contractor-purchased materials.
