We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Commercial Excellence to join our Fiber Foodservice (FFS) Commercial Excellence team in Espoo. We offer you a challenging position with opportunities to grow in an international environment and work with cross-functional colleagues globally.

You will participate and assist in the following tasks:

Supporting the Segment Commercial Team with relevant topical tasks
-
CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) support, maintenance, and development. Our CRM activities include digitalizing pricing, conducting customer experience surveys, managing contracts, and enhancing commercial data

Coordinating commercial activities between different Market Units and their related Sales Teams within Fiber Foodservice Segment

All tasks will be supported by and prioritized together with the Segment Commercial Team (currently four members)
To succeed in this role you will need:

3-5 years of relevant study background
-
Previous relevant work experience is seen as a plus (Approx. 1-2 years)

Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things

A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills

An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work

Fluency in English (written and spoken), Finnish is seen as a plus
The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
