The role

Are you planning a legal career but also find the world of finance intriguing? Do you want to learn how companies and projects, such as the construction of highways or wind farms, secure funding? Would you like to apply civil law regulations in practice, particularly those concerning pledges, assignments, and mortgages? Are you interested in corporate debt restructuring? Do you want to master the art of successful negotiations?

We extend a warm invitation to fourth and fifth-year students, as well as recent graduates, to embark on an exhilarating journey with our Global Financial Markets team at Clifford Chance in Warsaw.

Your experience

We're on the lookout for dynamic candidates who excel in teamwork, possess a thirst for new experiences, and are deeply passionate about their work. While prior work experience is a plus, it's not a prerequisite.
