Be part of the Old Colony YMCA's mission to help young leaders develop personally and professionally through hands on learning and training. You will work directly with teens and program staff to help mentor young leaders at camp as they learn to be role models themselves to our campers.
Preferred QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Camp and/or teaching experience preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience facilitating youth trainings
- Minimum two years’ experience working with teens or in mentoring programs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk, sit, bend, stoop as needed
