We are looking for Supply Chain Coordinators to join our Business Area Cartonboard Supply Chain Coordination team with office location preferably at our Oulu or Imatra Mill. The duration of employment is 3-5 months, starting in April or May.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will have a key role in supporting front line Customer Service teams as well as other internal stakeholders by ensuring streamlined process execution throughout the whole order to delivery process. Your work is done in a matrix organization and supported by modern technology, and therefore we look forward to applicants with strong communication skills and proven adaptation to new technologies.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring smooth and efficient order to delivery process throughout the supply chain according to BU commercial strategy
- Serving frontline customer service teams and other stakeholders quickly and efficiently with meeting customer demands
- Accurate data and deviation handling in prompt and timely manner
- Overseeing the deviation flow and capability to understand business cases where improvements are needed
- Problem solving, decision making and overall managing last minute changes to already confirmed pipelines
The Supply Chain Coordinator role is part of the Business Unit Supply Chain organization, and you report to Manager, Supply Chain Coordination.
About you
- You are studying or you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, for example business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or supply chain management
- You are analytical, agile and have a transparent approach
- You are passionate about understanding complex processes, making them easy for you and others around you
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You are eager to adapt to different and new technologies
- You are not afraid to make decisions
- You are ready to take personal ownership of your work performance, and you are motivated to challenge yourself
- You have fluency in English, working knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish are considered as an advantage
