About the role
The Four Seasons Summer Internship Program offers a comprehensive introduction to hotel operations through hands-on experience, cross-departmental exposure, and project-based learning. Interns will rotate through various operational roles, gaining insight into the day-to-day functions of the hotel while collaborating with team members at all organizational levels. This immersive program also provides opportunities to engage with guests, contributing meaningfully to the renowned Four Seasons service experience.
Internships are available in both Food & Beverage and Rooms Divisions

*Summer Interns are required to be currently enrolled in a hospitality-focused educational program.
*Interns are not provided with housing. Please only apply if you live local to the Houston area or already have a housing option available.
What you will do
Complete hands-on training in the assigned department, gaining proficiency in all key roles and responsibilities. Actively participate in daily operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of departmental workflows and service standards.
Attend weekly meetings to discuss ongoing internship projects, share progress updates, and receive feedback from mentors and department leaders. Collaborate with fellow interns and supervisors to contribute innovative ideas and actionable solutions.
Maintain a detailed weekly journal documenting tasks completed, skills learned, challenges faced, and personal reflections. This journal serves as both a professional development tool and a reference for final evaluations.
Participate in selected management meetings to observe strategic decision-making, understand leadership dynamics, and gain insights into hotel administration, staffing, and guest service planning.
Engage in job shadowing experiences across various hotel departments—such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security—to broaden operational knowledge and enhance interdepartmental understanding.
What you bring
All interns must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly crafted experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
The intern is expected to display passion in all they do and have an eager drive to fulfill a career in the hospitality sector.
Respond to all guest and employee interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This includes providing accurate information, filling all reasonable guest requests and anticipating guest needs.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time, seasonal position from June 2, 2025 until August 10, 2025.
Flexible schedule expected as shifts could include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
