Job Summary
- Learn and apply Pinnacle’s data engineering, reporting, and analytics frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as SQL, Python, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Support the design and development of data solutions for both client-facing and internal business needs across departments including Finance, Operations, HR, and Analytics.
- Build and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to support corporate, departmental, and client reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, validate data, and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs.
- Support ongoing departmental projects and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Shadow experienced team members to gain exposure to various business functions and understand how data supports operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
- Interest in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn in a team environment.
