About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Finance intern to join our Global Finance & Strategy function for a 10–12-week program. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to gain hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment. The intern will contribute to the digital transformation of our function and specifically help drive the Change Management work.
The Change Management Finance Intern will support the Change Management Manager and will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to manage and implement change initiatives within the GFS organization.
You will play a key role in ensuring an optimal user experience, achieving high employee adoption and engagement, while focusing on supporting change management and communication initiatives, as well as trainings, across our team.
Key Responsibilities: Change, Comms and Project Management
- Support in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
- Support in crafting messages, designing communication materials, and utilizing various communication platforms (internal newsletters, emails, intranets, etc.) to ensure consistent and effective dissemination of information about changes.
- Help facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, training, and overall support needs, thus measuring the effectiveness of change strategies.
- Assist in creating training programs, and other resources to facilitate change adoption.
- Contribute to projects ensuring changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
- Assist in the implementation of digital tools and technologies to help build the change management capability across the organization.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or resistance.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- All change management efforts should aim at securing employee engagement and end user experience.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an understanding of project management principles.
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Preferred knowledge of graphic design and/or creative tools (Canva, Adobe etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Interest in digital transformation and change management.
- Previous internship or work experience in finance is a plus.
