QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience. High school graduate or equivalent. 2-4 years related experience. Prefer connection to music education.
Abilities. Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to establish effective, professional relationships in collaborative environment. Willingness to learn, flexible and adaptable.
Knowledge and Skills. Strong organization and management skills. Proficiency with web-based collaboration environments and Microsoft Office. Positive attitude and strong professionalism. Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong initiative, organizational and time-management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Communicate pre-camp orientation information and gather post-camp feedback to and from students and faculty
- Assemble and distribute camp materials
- Welcome students upon arrival each day and facilitate camp dismissal, ensuring handoff to parents when necessary for younger age camps
- Provide daily onsite support to camp students and faculty, including addressing any issues that arise
- Supervise Sampler Camp students at beginning and end of day and lunch
- Monitor and communicate auditions to students and ensure camp faculty receive student audition materials when applicable
- Assista Marketing in taking pictures and videos of camps, as needed
- Coordinate camp concert programs, recording, and communication

- June 15th - June 16th: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- June 22nd - June 26th: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- June 29th - July 2nd: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- July 6th - July 10th: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- July 13th - July 17th: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- July 20th - July 24th: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
- July 27th - July 31st: Not Scheduled
- August 3rd - August 7th: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- August 10th - August 14th: 8:30am - 3:30pm
