The role may include exploring and analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities, developing visualizations or dashboards, evaluating opportunities for automation or self-service, and presenting findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership.

Potential Summer Associate projects may include:

  • Operational Analytics & Insights: Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, drivers, opportunities, and emerging issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Dashboard & Visualization Development: Help design or enhance Power BI dashboards that provide leaders with intuitive, standardized views of key operational metrics and performance.
  • AI & Analytics Innovation: Explore opportunities to apply AI to operational analytics, such as identifying trends, summarizing insights, improving work intake and routing, or helping users more easily interact with and understand data.
  • Self-Service Analytics: Identify recurring analytical needs and help develop scalable dashboards, tools, or standardized approaches that enable business partners to answer common questions independently.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Support efforts to improve the consistency, documentation, quality, and usability of critical operational data and metrics.
  • Process Automation & Modernization: Evaluate manual or repetitive analytical processes and identify opportunities to streamline or automate them using modern data and analytics tools.
  • Executive Decision Support: Help synthesize complex operational information into concise insights, visualizations, and storytelling that support leadership decisions.

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
