About You 

You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in beauty and product development. Curious by nature, you enjoy understanding how products move from concept to launch. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt as priorities shift. A strong communicator, you collaborate well across teams and take a proactive, thoughtful approach to your work.

About The Role

This role supports the Beauty & Wellness team across day-to-day operations and key product initiatives. You will assist with product data, regulatory documentation, and competitive research while gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle. The position offers hands-on involvement in cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and summarize product packaging specifications database
  • Request and review regulatory documentation for cosmetic Ingredients and products
  • Complete competitive analysis of cosmetic products
  • Organize retained production samples and quality documentation
  • Research, organize and compile requisite data for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policy compliance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in their junior or senior year
  • Candidates within one-year post-graduation
  • Strong attention to detail, quick learner and proactive
  • Structured thinking with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

FAQ 

  • Compensation: $18.47 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be full-time (40 hours/week) and run from June 1st – July 31st, 2026.
