As a Sales Support Analyst Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. In this role, you may:

  • Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency across Sales Support activities.
  • Create training materials and team resources, including guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience.
  • Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights from business data to support decision-making, track key metrics, and identify trends.
  • Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help document processes and requirements.
  • Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, contributing ideas and helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancements that support operational excellence.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to team members and stakeholders, gaining valuable experience in business communication and collaboration.

What You Need​​

·         Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

·         Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)

·         Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

·         Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, AI innovation, business analytics, training development, and project management while making a tangible impact on the Sales Support organization.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
