Job SummaryWest Bend Insurance is currently seeking students for our 2027 Summer IT Internship Program! The IT Internship Program provides opportunities to get hands-on experience with software engineering, data engineering, cloud computing, information security, business analysis, user experience design, or digital workspace. Students enrolled in a Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related program who have strong critical thinking skills and love solving problems should consider joining our team! Hybrid positions are available at our West Bend or Madison offices.

Responsibilities & QualificationsAs an IT Intern, you will:
- Solve real business problems as part of an agile delivery team
- Pair with a mentor to learn and grow your skillset
- Give back to the community by participating in a community service project
- Work in an exciting, fast-paced office environment embedded on an IT team with access to the best amenities West Bend has to offer
- Depending on your area of interest, build and develop skills in some of the following areas:
- Software - Build solutions using modern development frameworks and tools, including C#, .NET, React, Typescript, and Git
- Data - Gain hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Python, and SQL for data management and analytics
