Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Who will you work for?
You will work under the supervision of the Director of Information Security who is responsible for all aspects of security including Tradeweb’s infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud. You will be supported by a team of skilled security professionals who will guide you throughout for a successful internship. Below are the responsibilities an intern would take on in this role.
Develop automation playbooks and create practical user experience of the playbooks
Develop integrations with 3rd party services and APIs
Author documentation related to the automation workflows
Build custom scripts for ad hoc use cases
Work with security team members and develop use cases for detection/response activities
Support in bugfixes of existing playbooks and scripts
What do you need to succeed?
Strong scripting skills, e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript
Knowledge of SOAR platforms and functionalities
Basic knowledge of network and systems control
Excellent technical documentation skills
Strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, prioritization and problem-solving skills.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $35-$75 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
