What It's Like:

The Product Catalog Management Summer Intern will support a cross-functional team responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of product data across enterprise systems. This role provides hands-on exposure to business workflow processes, product data governance, and the systems that enable new product launches and inventory lifecycle management.

What You'll Do:

The intern will assist with Jira-based ticket intake and tracking, conduct data validations, and support technical troubleshooting related to catalog and product configuration issues. Responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling product and inventory data using Excel and PowerBI, documenting process improvements, and supporting new product release concepts from intake through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product build documentation
- Ticketing governance
- Frontend validations
- Meeting proxy
- Workflow management

What It Takes:

Interest in how product delivery intersects between tech, business, operations, and how a larger corporation functions through hard good product lifecycle.

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated with the last year

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internship

  • Employers does not sponsor work visas for this position.  Note that this also applies to individuals who are students of F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

  • Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. 

  • The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
