Job Purpose: Aventiv Technologies offers a progressive style 12-week paid internship program designed to give students and recent graduates hands-on experience in all facets of our operations. Students will have exposure to working alongside our experienced leadership to help build our processes and keep the business running smoothly.

The Operations Intern will play a key role in optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing operational data, and driving efficiency across various business functions. Through this role, you will develop critical problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills while collaborating with industry professionals.  This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable insights into supply chain operations and business strategy.

Essential Duties:

• Work closely with project teams, sales, and account management to analyze customer needs and develop sustainable solutions.
• Research and recommend best-in-class reporting standards to enhance operational insights.
• Analyze the componentry and lifecycle costs of our tablets and installations.
• Play a key role in sales and inventory reporting, helping the enterprise optimize stock levels and improve customer service.
• Implement best practices and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Attend Go-Lives and customer meetings across the country, gaining firsthand experience in operational execution.
• Present an overall understanding of learnings as the final capstone to senior leaders at the end of program.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient in analyzing and/or managing multiple streams of data
• Ability to work independently as well as part of team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Currently enrolled in a Tech or Vocational school, or currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship experience
• Campus Involvement (clubs/organizations, work study, etc.)

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
• Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
