Internship Details:
Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $14/hour
Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN

Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate

Focus Area:
The Marketing Operations Intern plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing function. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational strategy, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, blending creative thinking with analytical skills to support core business processes.
Interns will also explore the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support innovation in marketing operations. This role is designed to foster professional development, offering exposure to real-world business challenges, mentorship opportunities, and career exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting & Event Participation
Prepare by reviewing agendas and background materials to enhance engagement.
Actively participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up with attendees to build professional connections.
Monthly Trends Reporting
Gather insights from market research, social media analytics, and industry publications.
Analyze and summarize emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
Invoice Reporting
Organize and categorize marketing-related invoices by type and date.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial reporting using Excel or accounting tools.
Contract Data Entry
Input and verify contract details in the designated system.
Maintain accurate records and update entries as needed.
Business Continuity Support
Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity plans.
Help coordinate preparedness activities and document outcomes.
Daily Standup Note-Taking
Capture key discussion points and action items during team standups.
Share notes promptly to support team alignment and accountability.
Career Development Research
Explore career paths aligned with personal interests and goals.
Network with professionals, attend industry events, and research job opportunities using platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
Preferred Majors:
Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Interest in marketing operations, systems, and process improvement
