As a Digital R&D Intern you will leverage modern technology, agile methodologies, and effective communication to contribute to the evolution of research practices.

You will gain cross functional insights into Digital and work with leaders, playing an important role in valuable projects and initiatives that touch the lives of patients globally. Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Digital R&D team to design, implement, and maintain innovative lab automation solutions.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored automation solutions.

  • Participate in agile ways of working, contributing to sprint planning, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Gain hands-on experience with lab equipment and automation technologies.

  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and optimization of lab processes through technological innovation.
     

About You
 

**Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship** 
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in computer science, IT, Business, or other relevant discipline at an accredited university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the spring of 2026

  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi 

  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship

  • Must have permanent US work authorization 

  • Experience with digital technologies (Cloud, Python, DB, Javascript, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work well independently, and within a team, in a remote environment.

  • Passion for helping others through technological solution.

  • Strong interest in digital technologies, lab automation, and research and development.

  • Prior work-related intern or co-op experience

  • Experience working in complex and/or international environment.

  • Critical thinking – ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong time management, technical aptitude, and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated leadership experience strongly preferred, on or off campus. (Student club, sports team, community/volunteer, etc.)

  • Flexible – Open to new challenges
