The Developer Relations, LiveOps Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a LiveOps intern, you will work alongside the Developer Relations and Platform LiveOps teams to build a thriving community on Roblox, executing on Platform Events (e.g. The Games, The Haunt, Winter Spotlight) and supporting Today’s Picks.
You Will:
- Support production management for Platform Events.
- Support developer outreach and content management for Platform Events.
- Support developer outreach for Today’s Picks.
- Gather relevant analytics and data, communicating results and project outcomes.
- Support content calendar, communications, coordination, and scheduling with creators.
You Have:
- Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree, preferably in Game Design, Game Development, or related focus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable around the developer ecosystem and how to effectively engage with creators.
- Excited to build and foster relationships and networks.
- Passionate about Roblox and our developer communities.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to internship opportunities.
Hourly Pay Range
$35—$35 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
