Job Description:

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Human Resources – Compensation team for Summer 2025. This hybrid internship offers valuable exposure to compensation processes, HR systems, and real-world business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize job descriptions within Workday
   

• Review bonus plans and assist with accurate system updates
   

• Help with job title cleanup and FLSA audits
   

• Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
   

• Conduct reporting and basic cost analysis
   

• Assist with compensation survey submissions and data preparation
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
   

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with data
   

• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
   

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting
   

Previous customer service or support role experience is a plus

**The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with a hybrid schedule: onsite in Elmhurst on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Typical hours would be 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation Details:

• Start Date: May 27, 2025
• End Date: August 15, 2025 (12 weeks)​

• $20/hour (Undergraduate students)
• ​$25/hour (Graduate students or returnship candidates)
